LATENTIA WINERY is located in the heart of Puglia, in an area with a strong agricultural vocation, known throughout the world for the quality of its wines.Spread over an area of about 20,000 square meters, has 44 silos and astorage capacity of about 25,000 hectoliters. The winemaker monitorsand analyzes the wine upon arrival and only after verifying the characteristics and the high quality of the product, authorizes the discharge. Subsequently, the red wines are aged in steeltanks, while the whites in thermoconditioned containers and finallybottled.LATENTIA WINERY is a long time in European and Asian markets underdifferent brands in both markets:supermarkets and HO.RE.CA. Also manufactures bottles of wine withprivate labels.LATENTIA WINERY has the best technology to ensure a high quality standard product. Thanks to its double automated bottling line is able to satisfy every kind of request.In 2013 the company obtained the IFS and BRC certifications.
